Well, this seems logical. According to sources, American Idol host Ryan Seacrest is considering a bid to buy Dick Clark Productions, the company founded by Dick Clark, who also happened to be Ryan’s mentor.

American Idol Phillip Phillips – More on the Family Pawn Shop Break-In

While Phillip Phillip’s dad was in Los Angeles to be with the American Idol winner while he underwent a grueling 6 hour surgery to repair a kidney, thieves broke into the family pawn shop back home. Not a great week for the Phillips family.

UPDATE: 3 arrests were made, the suspects appeared in court this morning
