Billboard Music Awards 2012 Live Blog – Winners List (UPDATED)

We’re live blogging the Billboard Music Awards right here! American Idols nominated for awards include: Scotty McCreery for Best New Artist and Top Country Album. Jennifer Hudson for Top R&B album (I Remember Me) and Mandisa in the Top Christian Song category (“Stronger”).

Unfortunately, Scotty is on tour with Brad Paisley and won’t be in attendance. However, there is a trio of Idol winners performing tonight. Carrie Underwood is reportedly singing the title track to her new album Blown Away. Kelly Clarkson is set to perform her new single, “Darkside” and Jordin Sparks will participate in a special tribute to Whitney Houston.
