Scotty McCreery – Album Out Late This Summer Early Fall?

In their review of Scotty McCreery’s Season 10 Highlights EP, Taste of Country casually mentions that the Idol winner’s debut is “rumored to be in stores late this summer or early this fall.”

American Idol Season 7 winner, Jordin Sparks and Glee’s Matthew Morrison perform live tonight on A Capitol 4th, airing on PBS stations. Jimmy Smits hosts the show.

Matthew Morrison sings the Kris Allen co-write, “Still Got Tonight”, followed by a duet with fellow Broadway star, Kelli O’Hara of “Tonight” from West Side Story.

Jordin Sparks sings “Beauty and the Beast” from the iconic Disney film, with Mark Ballas and Chelsie Hightower from Dancing with the Stars performing a dance.

Glee Tour Ends in Dublin With Klaine/Brittana Kiss and Tears

The Glee tour 2011 came to an end after 40 cities across North America and the UK, in Dublin Ireland on Sunday.

Watch Darren Criss plant a big kiss on Chris Colfer during their mid-show “Klaine skit.” Chris reads a poem that pokes fun at Glee plot inconsistencies. He also manages to throw in an Emmy plug. Before the kiss, Darren says, “You had me at Emmy!”

Jennifer Lopez Hawks Love and Light – Still Coy about Return to Idol

American Idol judge, Jennifer Lopez began hawking her new perfume “Love and Light” on HSN yesterday.

Jennifer talked about her upcoming career plans, but there was no mention of Idol. She says she’s got a couple of films coming up in the fall, and then after that, “I’m going to see where we go from there.”

She also announces her next single, “Papi”.
